My name is Ihrine Kim Aloro, the sole proprietor of Davao Metro Sphere Properties. I have been independently practicing real estate for nearly three years. Recently, I stepped outside my comfort zone and joined MS DEL ROSARIO REALTY, a trusted name in the region, owned by licensed real estate broker Ms. Merlyn Sordilla del Rosario. I’m excited to share that I’ve already closed my first deal a couple of months. I am finding increasing satisfaction in my real estate career. This newfound motivation has inspired me to pursue further knowledge and skills within the industry.
